We support different Molding & Casting methods for each stage. Double Injection and Over Molding are both achievable in all stage.
-Verifying: Urethane Casting or CNC for small volume.
-Small Volume: Lower life-cycle tooling for Injection Molding.
-Large Volume: Formal steel tooling for Injection Molding
We also support Extrusion, Casting and Forging metal materials for Post CNC machining. When there is larger portion of material needs to be removed, or long-term stable higher volume parts, We will consider tooling metal material, to help our clients save budget during their production.
